Douglas E. McGovern

RMTCI is a type S Corporation providing technical services to commercial,
institutional, and governmental agencies. The primary officer, Doug McGovern,
has an earned PhD from Stanford University, and over 30 years of engineering
and management experience at Sandia National Labs, Gearhart Industries, and
RCA Government Communication Systems. Since "retirement", RMTCI has supplied
services to a number of organizations including the credit card industry,
biometrics suppliers and integrators, and to US and other government operations.
*Ray-McGovern came from the combination of last names of the founders of RMTCI. Doug is now the sole owner. |
